Delivery Procedures

Our couriers typically deliver Monday – Friday. All parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.

European / International Customers

Delivery times may vary depending on destination for our European/International customers. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for international parcels as this is the responsibility of the carrier once the item has been dispatched. Delivery time will depend on the courier who has been chosen to deliver your parcel.


Customs and Import Duties

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any queries regarding customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office. No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.


Returns

We hope you love your KGN 8 purchase, but sorry it didn’t work out this time.

Quality is important to us, that is why we inspect all goods carefully before they are despatched. Please note we only accept goods for exchange which are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept returns that are not in original packaging or have been used and or damaged by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damages that have not occurred in transit. If an item has been damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery. This will ensure we can make a claim with our carrier within the required time period.

If you would like to request an exchange, please complete the Contact Us form on our website to register this request. We will then confirm your request and ask you to use your local post office and pay for a signed-for service to return your item. Remember to ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your replacement item will be sent to you once we have inspected your return.
